#48 Blythe Bailey - Director of Design and Connectivity for the Department of Parks and Outdoors

Today on the show I have Blythe Bailey. Blythe works for the city as the Director of Design and Neighborhood Connectivity. In this conversation, we dive as deep into greenways as I could keep up with.  We discuss how important green ways are for the community, for health, connectivity and many other reasons.  I ask what the process is like starting from a flicker of an idea inside someone's head to years later as the concrete is being poured and that happens in-between.  We had this conversation without a map in front of us so give us grace as sometimes we struggle to describe locations to each other as we are both simply going off of memory.  So grab a computer, open Google Maps and follow along as we discuss the current and future greenways of Chattanooga.
