Tim Laramore is an avid kayaker, a teacher at Baylor, and the Director of the North Chickamauga Creek Conservancy. The conversation revolves around water as we discuss access, land acquisition, park creation and maintenance. We talk about the pro’s and con’s of Dams, the different ways to enjoy water as well as protect it and personal kayaking stories. Tim is also heavily involved with the highly anticipated Waldens Ridge Park which is a collaboration project at a scale that we have never seen before in Chattanooga. The Park will feature Mtn biking, Bouldering, hiking and more and is located close to town right off of the W road. So pull out a map, sit back and follow along as we discuss the wonderful public land of Chattanooga.
