#26 - Matt McLelland (AKA @chadthevan) - Innovation Strategist

Matt Mclelland is an Innovation Strategist at Covenant Transport Services.  He looks into the future to see where the industry is headed and then advises the company how to not be left behind with the changes ahead.  He also has a real passion for the outdoors.  He sits on the board for the Lula Lake Land Trust.  He loves, trail running, Hang gliding, whitewater kayaking with his wife, and constantly tinkering with his Van build dubbed “Chad the Van.” He self describes himself as pretty good at most everything outdoors, but master of none.  You will see him in many trail races, but he will be neither first nor last to cross the finish line.  I hope you enjoy my conversation with Matt Mclelland.
