Seth Cathy is the grandson of Truett Cathy who founded Chick-fil-A. Seth however chose a different career path than chicken sandwiches. His passion for ceramics drove him to start his business Ember Studios located right on Main Street in the South Side. Outside of work, you can catch him on any type of motorcycle or on a sunny day driving his Model T to an ethanol free gas station.
