An unabridged reading of Stephanie Bell (now Kelton)'s 1998 paper, "Can Taxes and Bonds Finance Government Spending?", via The Levy Economics Institute at Bard College. This reading is in both audio and video form, the latter which presents each of the figures and tables at the proper spots.
