Break the stigma about keeping pelvic health talk behind closed doors. Join us, Flyte @flyteforme on IG, TikTok, and Facebook, in chatting with pelvic health experts about all things pelvic floor and beyond.

Who are we? We are a product (known as Flyte, we strengthen the pelvic floor when used for 5 min daily x 6 weeks, and rid of bladder leaks) and service company focused on meeting women where they are, empowering and supporting women in their pelvic health journeys, and increasing access to pelvic health. Check us out (and our new branding!) at www.flytetherapy.com

Now let's get to the Core of the Pelvic Floor! Hosted by Shravya Kovela, PT, DPT, OCS and supported by Flyte.

Mahri Relin is founder of Body Conceptions, a dance-inspired cardio and sculpting method and fitness studio with virtual and on-demand options, and locations in New York, Colorado, California.

Mahri is a former professional dancer, having spent 12 years dancing around the world, and a fitness trainer. She noticed big gaps in fitness solutions for women going through their most significant life events and changes.

And so, Mahri created Body Conceptions, with the aim to provide women with the most intelligent, personalized, and joyful fitness experience possible. Mahri's design includes using research to understand what women need in various stages of their life - whether that's prenatal, postpartum, perimenopause, OR during their...drumroll please for today's topic...fertility journeys!

We talk all about...

- What the guidelines and research say about fitness in relationship to fertility

- When to care and when not to care about these guidelines

- The most important thing to manage during your fertility journey

- How your approach to fitness may change based on what your fertility journey has looked like so far

- How to implement fitness into your daily life to support your fertility
