Britt Anderson is a women's health nurse practitioner who has stepped into the calling of supporting women in healing their body, mind and heart. She is deeply passionate about empowering her clients to be the stewards of their own health and connect to their innate wisdom. Her holistic approach combines root cause medicine, intuitive healing, and body work for a truly women-centered experience.

Britt's motherhood journey has greatly influenced her work. I’ve experienced the lows of pregnancy loss, the challenges of navigating life with a newborn three times over, and the triumph of birthing my youngest son at home.

When she's not working with clients, you can find her chasing her three young sons: Nash, Gray, and Loch; squeezing in a lifting session in her garage gym; experimenting with a new recipe in the kitchen; traveling with her husband, Chad, or surfing PubMed for the latest Functional Medicine research.
