Knowing what your overall fitness goal is will help you pick which solution you might incorporate into your life as an alternative to tracking your fitness goals. Along with having your tracking method it is also beneficial to track your workouts. Whether that be on a monthly calendar, or in an exercise book in which you track how much weight you do along with what moves you perform. Having a guide is a great way to look back at your month or year to see what worked for you and what didn’t.
