Welcome to episode #32 of the peaceful power podcast today We are going deep today into how we can stay positive after a few setbacks have come your way.

This is a topic that hits close to home for myself. Setbacks happen all of the time in our lives. It’s how we deal with the setbacks that really bring out our character. In the fitness world setbacks happen daily for some, weekly for others. or with the change of the seasons. Every day we have the choice to get up and go to the gym, eat healthy, or move during our midday slump. We don’t always do the things we know we should and we think of it as another setback just occurred. So today I want to go over tips on how to break out of the setbacks that might be happening. The first action I want to go over is to define what a setback means- if you google it the definition is the reversal or change in progress. So following that definition we will go over how to not reverse the amazing progress we start every Jan. 1.
