Dr. Z goes into all of the reasons why we should not have synthetic fragrances in our lives, why essential oils are miracle workers and how to use them safely. We also chat about if you are purchasing the right kind of essential oils not all are made equally just like not all lotions are actually good for us to use... I purchased his book that he wrote with Mama Z which was also a favorite interview of mine. I cannot recommend this book and tuning into today's podcast enough!
