Just this past August, T.J received his Masters of Coaching degree from Ohio University. Before that he has made numerous stops on the coaching trail. After graduating from Catawba College, T.J. became the head coach in the Virginia Beach Collegiate League. He has served as a catching instructor at IMG Academy and was a performance science assistant with the New York Yankees organization. In this episode T.J. talks about how he balances being a hitting coach and a strength coach for his team, what he’s implemented so far at Maryville College, and his goals for the future.
