He's currently the Triple-A Columbus Indians Manager in the Cleveland Indians organization. Andy not only played professionally in the United States but also spent several years playing winter ball in Latin America, as well as playing a season in Japan. In this episode, Andy talks about his journey as a hitter, what he thinks of today's game, and his coaching philosophy.
