In this episode we will be speaking to Miguel Correia a businessman and executive with a professional career stretching back to the 1990s. Miguel is an economist by training and comes from the Azores, the Portuguese archipelago situated about 1500km west of Lisbon in mid-Atlantic. Miguel was Secretary of Health for the government of the Azores from 2008 to 2012 and managing director of the port company of the Azores between 2013 and 2016.


Today Miguel is Managing Partner at the EYECON Group and Director of Consulting at Connexall. EYECON is a business that leverages the analysis of data collected by satellite and land-based sensors to optimize performance across multiple sectors such as agriculture, infrastructure and environmental control. Connexall is a platform that provides interoperability of systems for healthcare centres by integrating people, systems, tasks, and devices to deliver better patient outcomes.
