In this episode we are heading back across the Atlantic to the United States of America and the city of Cleveland on the shores of Lake Erie in the state of Ohio. We will be talking to Rebecca “Becky” Morgan, President of Fulcrum ConsultingWorks Inc. based in the city of Cleveland and focused on providing operations strategy consultancy to manufacturing companies.
The state of Ohio is one that is right in the crosshairs of globalization. On the one hand it is home to new and upcoming sectors focused on the digital and green economies taking advantage of global opportunities and yet it is part of what is some refer to as the “Rust Belt” where older, more traditional manufacturing has lost out to technology and offshoring.
Becky founded Fulcrum Consulting Works in 1990 and brings her expertise to a wide range of manufacturing clients having previously spent many years in positions of responsibility as an executive in manufacturing industry.
