This morning's message title is: "A SERMON WITHOUT SCRIPTURE

Your initial response may be, "I am not about to listen to a sermon without scripture".

Well, sometimes we have to just go back to the basics. And the basics of Christianity involve learning, understanding, and being able to teach others about the validity of the Bible.

Real truth can always be validated through various sources and that is what is explored in this message today. Today's message shares historical, archaeological, and spiritual truths that validate the Bible as being the true Word of God.

As believers, we are charged to spread the Gospel, however, we have to be able to discuss the validity of the Bible in order to spread the Gospel with clarity and boldness.

In the society in which we live, there are many who doubt the validity of the Bible, and we have to prepare ourselves to minister to doubters and those who believe God does exist, but use other books to support their doctrine. Then as we commit to the basics, have you taught your children and equipped your grandchildren to answer the questions concerning doubt for themselves?

Do you know and can effectively explain to another,

1. Why is there an Old and New Testament?

2. What about the doctrine in the Holy Bible supersedes all other doctrines?

3. How we can be sure we have the Bible in its entirety?

4. Why we can proclaim it as the inerrant Word of God?

The ultimate goal of this message is to equip believers and to ignite a longing in every listener to study the Bible for themselves, and acknowledge it as a life manual, for The Word of God is all we have that has the ability to truly anchor our souls.
