Rinku started her journey in CRE in 2004 and purchased several standalone single-tenant properties. When 2007/08 occurred, she ended up losing everything and filing for bankruptcy. She went back to CRE several years back, and currently has flex, industrial, retail, office, land, and ground-up construction in her portfolio.
