Alena Luciani (she/her) is the founder, educator, and strength & conditioning coach behind Training2XL. Alena grew up immersed in sports and went on to be a 5-year student-athlete at WLU playing basketball and lacrosse, where she completed her degree in Kinesiology. She then went on to receive her Masters of Sports Science and Recreation with a distinction in Coaching from Ohio University. Her pursuit of education continued by becoming certified as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength & Conditioning Association and a USA Weightlifting Sport Performance Coach. Alena has a passion for supporting athletes in sport and athletes in life with their performance through training, programming, and coaching, as well as educating other coaches and movement practitioners with clinics, courses, and mentorship.
