In this episode, I was barely awake and I share a story about some chick going out of her way to criticize my looks on Instagram (which is funny to me, because I am much better looking than her lol). I cover empathy, reframing insecurities, kindness, & my growth in detachment towards criticism (even if it’s with ill intent).
This topic is of extreme importance to me because even though I’m only covering one comment, if I don’t become masterful at handling criticism when it’s in small numbers, I won’t be able to handle the increase of criticism that comes with having a large following. The underlying patterns will take over, duplicate, and I’ll likely break. If I want to amass a big following (which I do), I have to start with building the required skills today.
