Some of you may not know that before I became addicted to fitness these past couple of years, I had multiple half ass attempts at getting in shape, all of which failed. The problem was, I hated the pain that came with working out so much that I ended up quitting each time. In this episode, I talk about why I am able to stick to working out now, where I would’ve quit before, why you should learn to love the pain & a quick positive association I use to help me get excited about pain.
