This episode brings you another Success Story from the ImpactParents Community! Today, we welcome our friend and colleague, Julie who is a therapist herself, who found that even with her knowledge, she still had parenting struggles.
Julie Zeff, LCSW, CPCC. Julie graduated from University of Chicago with an MSW in 1998. While in graduate school Julie also attended Massage Therapy school with the vision to combine body wisdom and psychotherapy. She trained and worked as an LCSW with JCFS in Chicago after graduate school.

She then was drawn to Life Coaching and Ana Forrest Yoga, trained in both, and opened her own life coaching practice, Vivid Living, in 2002. For over 15 years, she coached clients, working with individuals and groups, all over the phone.

She wrote a book in 2011, Vivid Living for Busy Moms: Coach Yourself to an Extraordinary Life, published a blog, wrote numerous articles and loves to share her tips and tools.

She believes all people are creative, resourceful and whole, and works with her clients from a strengths and mindfulness perspective. Julie supports her clients to deeply know and trust themselves with clarity, confidence and to live lives they love!
