Anat Baniel, founder of the Anat Baniel Method®, is the author of two highly acclaimed books, Move Into Life: NeuroMovement® for Lifelong Vitality and Kids Beyond Limits. Born in Israel to a scientist father and a poet and mother, Anat was trained as a clinical psychologist and a dancer, and was a close professional associate of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais. Baniel has worked with children with special needs for over 30 years. She teaches workshops around the world and trains practitioners to collaborate with her to harness the brain for positive change. Michael Merzenich, the neuro-scientist known as the father of Neuro-plasticity, says that Anat Baniel has identified "the rules of harnessing our capacity for brain remodeling for the benefit of children and adults who need neurological help.
