Gregg and Lori Ireland are the couple who inspired and continue to help the growth of their non-profit organization, Extraordinary Ventures https://www.extraordinarypeoplefilm.com/). In 2007 Gregg and Lori faced the problem of what to do with their son, Vinnie, who has autism spectrum disorder “ASD” and would “age out” of the public school system and community resources. That’s when a group of like-minded-parents united to create employment opportunities for adults with disabilities.
