Regular listeners of this show know who Diana Rogers is, but if you don't, she's the author of two books, The Homegrown Paleo Cookbook and Paleo Lunches and Breakfasts On The Go, a podcast host, a farmer, and a regular contributor to Paleo Magazine. Diana has also been working diligently for the past few years to complete her education as a Registered Dietitian.
Getting your RD is no joke, it is a lot of work and requires serious commitment especially when you have multiple businesses and a family to take care of as well.
Diana persevered through a slew of challenging situations while going through this process, but ultimately prevailed and is now officially a Paleo RD.
