Walt Disney's The Ugly Duckling

Based on the 1939 Academy Award® winning animated short film and the story by Hans Christian Anderson, The Ugly Duckling tells the story of a young "duckling" who is shunned and rejected by his duck family because he's different. Shocked by his distorted reflection in the water, he sets out to find someone who will love and accept him, including a nest of baby birds and a smiling bobbing wooden decoy. All doesn't go well until he is greeted by his own kind who do accept and welcome him home.
