In this episode of the Pacey Performance Podcast, I am speaking to Performance Coordinator and Analyst at University of California, San Diego, Lauren Green. I wanted to interview a practitioner who was using force plates really effectively in a collegiate setting and after speaking to Eric Reneghan, he said that Lauren was my guy! After spending some time in the NBA, Lauren is now at the University of California, San Diego and speaks about his philosopher around the use of force plates. Lauren goes into some depth of how he uses this technology but more importantly, he discusses the why.

If you enjoyed this chat, you will enjoy these episodes discussing force plates with Jason Lake, Daniel Cohen and Phil Graham-Smith.
