In this episode of the Pacey Performance Podcast, I am speaking to Cofounders and Directors of School of Calisthenics, Tim Stevenson and David Jackson. I have so much admiration for both these guys as they have built a business that has helped highlight the importance of bodyweight mastery and they have done it in such a cool, fun way. They have both got a great pedigree, Jacko coming from professional rugby and Tim from a more traditional route into the industry but working mainly with para athletes across a number of Olympic cycles. This was such a great conversation around some of the benefits of calisthenics and where it can fit into the wider strength and conditioning programme.

Hope you enjoy this episode with Tim Stevenson & David Jackson from School of Calisthenics.
