Peps is currently Dean of Learning Design at Ambition Institute and Director of Education at Steplab, as well as being the author of the High Impact Teaching series of books. 

Peps explains what motivation is, how it works in education, and the relationship between motivation and behaviour. He shares a series of key ideas and core drivers from his book Motivated Teaching, and considers motivation not just for pupils but for teachers and mentors as well.
