"You put your stuff in bags, you drop it off with a warm fuzzy feeling inside, because they are going to earn some money because of you. So your excess clothes are going to help fund cancer research or arthritis research, or a children's hospice. And you can feel great about that. And you can also feel reassured that those clothes are going to someone else who really wants them. And so it's not wasteful."
