My guest on the podcast this week is Chris Watts founder and CEO of Motion Dynamics. This is the second time that Chris has been on the “Over Forty Wellness Podcast”. Check out the episode “Posture Matters” issued in September 2020.

Chris, amongst others has been selected by the Adventure Clean Up Challenge (ACUC) to join a team of beach clean-up challenges around Hong Kong. This is the 3rd year of the campaign to create awareness of the plastic blight in and on our beaches and oceans around Hong Kong. This year there are 15 teams of 10 to 12 volunteers all adventure, sporty, fitness enthusiasts making waves to let everyone know that we can change our buying habits to reduce waste.

The discussion in the podcast is wide ranging.  It focuses on what we, the general public can do to help tackle the big issues around the plastic blight both on an individual level and collectively. What are the health consequences? And what can we do to mitigate the problems. Chris shares his story and the initiatives he is taking as an individual and as a member of the Adventure Clean Up Challenge.
