Jim recently co-facilitated a Sales Fundamentals Workshop for Summit Members focused on executing and mastering the Sales Process. As part of this workshop, he spoke on a topic called Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)  and how it can be applied to Sales and your prospect interactions. NLP through Sales focuses on using specific words, actions and tonality to build connections with potential customers. It’s the simplicity of this strategy that brings so much impact, and we thought it worth a share!
