When I first started the podcast my guests were strictly over 40 but I quickly realised how limiting that is because we can all learn so much from one another regardless of our age. I'm joined by Mahalia Handley who is a model and activist creating waves in the industry. Mahalia has worked with top brands across the world with her famous curves and spunky personality. She hit the press with her success story causing a stir by appearing on the side of Selfridges as the first ever curve model in a body fitness campaign. She's become a favourite to the media, appearing in wide selection of newspapers and magazines including cosmopolitan and Vogue Italia. Mahalia is using her social media presence to speak out about inclusivity and representation and I was delighted to catch up with her during lockdown.

Subjects covered-
