Today I disclose to you my favorite carpal tunnel syndrome exercises. Now, these are not the only exercises I do and I like to add modalities and soft tissue work also. When treating CTS, think outside the box and look for all other contributors.
1.➡Prayer stretch with palms touching
2.➡Prayer stretch with only fingers touching
3.➡Independant tendon glides for the FDS and FDP
4.➡Median Nerve gliding
5.➡Thumbs-up scapular retraction
