Winners don't have motivation they have discipline.

You must build discipline into your Identity.

Your true identity shapes your beliefs

Your beliefs shape your behaviors

Your behaviors shape your results


Exercise: Write an Identity statement, start it with

"I am the type of person that...."


Mine : Doesn't miss workouts.

Tom's: Gets out of bed within 10min of waking up.
