She has authored dozens of policy articles, is co-author of the policy report and upcoming book Beyond Homeless, and produced the accompanying documentary, “Beyond Homeless: Finding Hope.”  We discuss the various policy positions currently in place in California as well as better models for addressing the epidemic of homelessness. Current policies like Housing First and Harm Reduction are not working on their own.
