One of rugby’s top strength and conditioning coaches, Keir Wenham-Flatt, uses his vast academic learnings and years of experience to explain what is necessary to prepare athletes for speed and power sports — on this episode of The OPEX Podcast.

BIO:

Keir Wenham-Flatt is a strength and conditioning specialist, speaker and writer from the United Kingdom. After working with elite rugby teams in several different countries (most notably a 4th place finish with Argentina at the 2015 Rugby World Cup), Keir made the move to NCAA Division 1 where he currently works with American Football athletes at the College of William & Mary, Virginia.
