Today on the podcast, we are talking with Leslie Kenehan, owner of White Buffalo Studio and founder of Print Life, an online community for creatives to thrive, grow and connect. Leslie shares her journey from working on her businesses to starting her membership and offering her course. She shares some of the challenges to running a membership site, what led her to start her business and her experience for anyone thinking about starting their own membership or course to learn from.

We also discuss:

Leslie’s journey and how she started in the online space. The story of how she began her group and membership. Her transition into offering memberships and courses. The first and hardest lesson she has learned working in the online space. One big roadblock she has and how she addresses it. Things that have helped her grow her business. Incorporating her mission and passion into Print Life.

“With your business, you’re showing up to help. There’s no right one way to help. What really matters is showing up and being honest and helpful and intentional about why i’m showing up.”

“As soon as you have a child, everything changes - your perspective on time, what you’re doing, how your business is doing. That’s when I started learning more about business. There has to be intention and purpose. The more I dug into that, the more I began learning how I can sell my work, represent my studio, show up, and still be present home with my child.”
