Housing Association Pobl's Vision for a Digital Future

In today's show, we'll be discussing digital strategy transformation for not for profit organisations and how the use of technology and data helps them achieve their aims and objectives. 

Today we are going to focus on housing and community organisation POBL, based in South Wales, which means people in Welsh is a not for profit organisation with almost half a century of community action and support behind them. In particular, they provide accommodation and support for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Pobl is proud to put the individuals it supports at the heart of everything it does. People have recently set out a vision for a digital future, which, in their own words, will use technology and data to improve our services.
