There is always a reason why someone comes into your life whether it is for a long time or a short time. I believe that there was no accident in meeting Kristen! Although we live in the same country we met in a completely different country. While I was in Europe I did a bus tour and that is where I met Kristen! We connected immediately and the rest is history!
Kristen is one of the hardest-working and most humble people I know. In this episode, she shares some of the pivotal moments in her life. She was not dealt the best deck of cards but she for sure made use of what she was given.
Within this episode, we talked about childhood trauma and the process of dealing with it. We talked about how you can run away from your feelings but they will always come up. Kristen shared a lot about her mental health journey and how it is not linear. She also shared about her recent career change and how she is now a graphic design influencer.
