Isaiah Springer has always grown up around sports! He has played all the sports you can think of… here are just a few he has tried; dance, gymnastics, jujutsu, basketball, soccer, rugby, wrestling, and football. Family was also something that was very important in Isaiah’s life as he was growing up! His father taught him many lessons and helped him develop awareness of his body! As a competitive athlete that plays multiple sports, it can be very easy to become burnt out! Isaiah explains his experience with burning out and how he developed skills to recover! Sports have taught Isaiah so many lessons that he applies to his everyday life which he shares! We also talked about the effect of Covid on a University student and his dreams for the future!
