Australian football has a long-standing reputation as a leader in high performance. So which new areas are clubs focusing on in order to drive performance to never before seen heights? And with increased challenges to resourcing in the wake of a global pandemic, how exactly will they bring new ideas to fruition?
To find out, host Sam Robertson sits down with the high performance leaders from the Australian Football League, Mathew Inness and Robert Inness, from the Western Bulldogs and Sydney Swans, respectively.
Having helped their respective clubs qualify for the 2022 post-season, Mat and Robert were good enough to take the time to catch up in between preparations for their first final.
