JP Dinnell was a Navy Seal sniper who deployed three times, fought in The Battle of Ramadi under Jocko Willink’s leadership, and served as “American Sniper” Chris Kyle’s counterpart. JP is as real as it gets. From being in combat daily, pushing back insurgents in the streets or Ramadi he discovered how real leaders operate, and what creates ultimate success in any team or organization.
