The Trials of Donald Trump - UPDATE on the Investigations as of April 10, 2023. The former president is facing multiple investigations into alleged criminal activity.


In New York, he was indicted in the "Catch and Kill" Payoff case in Manhattan.


The Federal Cases. The Department of Justice is conducting two investigations. Special Counsel Jack Smith is handling those two cases. They are alleged crimes connected to the January 6 attack on the United States Capitol and the stolen classified case in Florida. 


In Fulton County, Georgia.


Trump faces possible charges of election fraud or racketeering related to an alleged “coordinated scheme” to undermine the 2020 election results in Georgia.


And on April 25, Jury Selection begins in New York in the Defamation Civil suits involving writer E. Jean Carroll.
