HI And welcome to the oncoalert Podcast

My name is Gil Morgan I am the director of oncoalert

Originally from Texas but working in Medical oncology in Sweden 

OncoAlert is a worldwide network of oncology professionals and patients advocates who have banded together on social media in order to fight cancer with knowledge and the dissemination of oncology information.  We are made up of Medical, Radiation & Surgical oncologists, oncology nurses, scientist and ofcoufse our amazing patient advocates who make up more that 10% of the faculty in our network.

The network is proud to have collaborations with institutions like Jules Bordet, Societies like the European Society for medical oncology and other networks such as eCancer, VJ Oncology and OncoAssist

We wanted to establish this podcast in order to discuss the biggest oncology papers of the week with insights from the authors themselves and also from our wonderful OncoAlert faculty

We will also be giving updates on the latest meetings in our field and our own oncoalert initiatives
