Tiana Okoye is a women who wears many hats, and she is so bold and courageous.  Her main accolades include: Creative director of Broadway for Racial Justice, Co organizer of The Hive For Change, Acting: awkwafina is Nora from queens, the good place, Nancy drew, and original Broadway cast of The Cher Show, and she is also a Barry’s instructor in Los Angeles.  The last year of her life has been one of deep work toward racial justice.  She has started many things, and been such a pioneer on the road toward a more equal and equitable future for EVERY BODY.  This episode we talk about connection, and action.  We talk about defining moments in our life when we arrive back to self.  We talk about communication and the value of it.
