David Levasseur is a champagne grower and producer who is the third generation in a family-owned vineyard. He producers around 30,000 + bottles a year and its one of our favourite champagnes to try.
In this episode, we talk about playing up to the big producers in Reims and Epernay, Brexit and how it will affect him and we also touch on English sparkling wine.
