Native to Omaha Nebraska, Tyler Goldsberry is the next guest on REIA Radio’s 56th Episode. Before getting into the Real Estate game, Tyler played Junior College and Division 2 baseball for different colleges while pursuing a degree. After tearing his labrum (shoulder joint/muscle) which ultimately ended competitive baseball for him, he came back to Omaha. Tyler wanted to be a coach but couldn’t because he lacked to required degree in education. He got a job working for Timberland Partners as a maintenance tech. Tyler quickly learned the ropes and earned a promotion to be the property manager of the 240 unit apartment complex where it all began. After 2 years at Timberland, he left and went to work for Orange Property Management, which is one of the companies owned by Jeri and Mike Schlickbernd, who were on our podcast on separate occasions as a co-host and guest respectively. Tyler then went on to work on bigger multi million dollar projects as a construction superintendent. After all the years of experience, Tyler went out on his own and formed Goose Construction and Alpha Homes, his construction and investing companies. At the date of this recording, Tyler had completed 42 flips in 18 months.
