The long awaited REIA Radio interview with National REIA's COO Charles Tassell. If it's one thing Charles knows is legislation being a lobbyist for Real Estate Investors nationwide. Mr. Tassell is also a Real Estate Investor having owned at one point over 250 units between him and his partners. He shares some interesting insights into legislation and how government's involvement in regulating the Real Estate Industry is affecting affordable housing. Charles also shares smart ways to invest and how to get your children involved from an early age.
