The third installment of BPCON Shorts highlights a couple of Real Estate agents, a private money lending company and two not so rookie investors out of Texas. Lindsey Iskierka is the Lead Real Estate Agent and David Greene's Partner for The David Greene Team SoCal. She shares how she and David became partners, how she got started in real estate investing and the benefits of working with an investment friendly realtor as well as other tips. Next on the list is Brandon Just, a Realtor and Investor out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Brandon talks a little bit about the type of investing he does, but he also also mentions his interest in starting a podcast that's hyper local and gives out-of-state investors a great insight into the market there. River Sava works as a prospector for a private lending company called Easy Street Capital (ESC). She talks about the different types of loans ESC provides as well as a quick golden nugget of a good market to invest in. Lastly, we have Margaret Perry and Lindsay Rojas, two partners out of Marshall Texas. This is their second BPCON and they share a couple of tips on icebreakers to get a conversation rolling to create a possible connection, as well as a golden nugget on creatively finding an absentee owner of a property in information restricted states like Texas.
