Like some of the disciples who were given new names by Jesus when they chose to follow Him, we too receive new identities. This change is permanent and we are also able to change the way we see ourselves and our past mistakes.

This new identity was not free. It took the price of a kings ransom. A cost so great that only our Savior could pay. Today, we will dive into the topic of the ransom Jesus paid for us, how he did it, and why he did it.
