Do not be afraid to become honest with yourself. To know ourselves, we FIRST understand the beliefs we have about ourselves. This is truly the hardest thing to understand because we are constantly changing and surrounded by distractions and influenced by other people. Learn to be absolutely comfortable with who you are and what you want to become. Embrace the journey, embrace your emotions, embrace your differences, embrace your weaknesses. Learn them and then begin to work on them. Do not put yourself in a box.
